Room Spray & car hanging diffusers
For best results, gently shake your Lory Lace room spray and mist into the air or onto linens from a distance, avoiding direct contact with skin, pets, and delicate surfaces
To set up your diffuser, remove the wooden lid and take out the plastic inner stopper, then securely place the wooden lid back on. This activates the diffuser and allows the fragrance to release properly.
Yes, when used correctly. Always keep the diffuser out of reach of pets and children and ensure it hangs upright to avoid accidental spills or ingestion.
Keep your spray in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. This helps maintain fragrance strength and freshness.
Our ingredients are gentler than conventional sprays, but as with all fragrance products, use care. Do not spray directly on pets or children and allow mist to settle before they enter the area.

Lory Lace orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

If your Lory Lace order arrives damaged, contact customer support at Support@lorylace.com with your order number and photos so the team can quickly review and arrange a solution.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order completion via standard ground shipping. Once completed, it takes 3–5 business days to reach its destination.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. Contact us at Support@lorylace.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused
Be in the same condition you received it
Be in its original packaging
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Any orders refunded within the 14-day return policy will receive their refund to the original form of payment. Any return request after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
